The videos and photos that emerged from Jabalia Camp after the occupation army withdrew from it show the ugliness of the atrocities and crimes committed in Jabalia Camp and the Beit Lahia project, and the extent of the destruction and sabotage it inflicted on citizens’ homes, service facilities, and public facilities. What once again reveals the fascism, racism, and terrorism of this occupation and its scandalous degradation of the most basic principles of humanity, moral values, and rules of international and humanitarian law, and its violation of international resolutions and rulings, especially those issued by the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court.

For the second time, over the course of 20 days, the occupation army wreaked sabotage and destruction in Jabalia camp, using a scorched earth policy, causing the killing and wounding of hundreds and the forced displacement of about 200,000 citizens, the destruction of entire residential blocks and squares, and the burning and bombing of public and service facilities, and the scene appeared horrific. It was as if the area had been hit by a devastating earthquake.

Ambulance and civil defense teams recovered dozens of martyrs throughout the period of the invasion and after the withdrawal, and the search is currently continuing for dozens of missing people among the rubble of homes, shelter centers, schools and hospitals that were not spared from bombing and destruction, and even the clinics, headquarters and centers of the International Relief Agency were also not spared from the machine of sabotage.

The occupation army deliberately destroyed the infrastructure and economic components such as markets and shops, and even the graves of the dead were not spared as its vehicles bulldozed the graves, in a scandalous and blatant violation by the occupation army of humanitarian values and principles and the rules of international humanitarian law, thus revealing a new scene of the crime of genocide. Continuing attacks against our people for the eighth month.

It has become clear to everyone, in light of these crimes, that the occupation seeks to make the Gaza Strip a disaster-stricken area unfit for life, and that it has not abandoned attempts at forced displacement, along with the crime of ethnic cleansing that it is committing by committing massacres and killing tens of thousands, and by starving and thirsting and striking the health system so that citizens lose their centers. Medical care and the spread of diseases and epidemics.

We strongly condemn the continued unjustified international inability to stop the crime of genocide against our people in the Gaza Strip, and we hold the occupation and its partners who support it militarily and politically and justify its horrific crimes, especially America, Germany and Britain. We hold them fully responsible for all these crimes.

We call for accelerating the legal procedures of the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court, to ensure stopping this aggression and holding the Zionist leaders accountable as war criminals and perpetrators of crimes against humanity. We also call for strengthening the boycott of the occupation politically, economically, culturally and in the media, and imposing sanctions on it.

We call on the free nations and peoples of the world to intensify their movements in various fields to put pressure on the occupation and its partners, to stop the genocide and ensure the flow of aid, medical supplies, fuel, and humanitarian needs in a way that reduces the famine that our people are currently experiencing.
