On May 6, the Rafah crossing was reoccupied and since then no sick or wounded person has been able to leave Gaza, and even those abroad cannot return to their homeland.

More than 20 thousand wounded and patients with cancer, heart and blood diseases are waiting for the crossing to be opened in inhumane conditions due to the occupation, siege and war of extermination imposed on civilians in Gaza.

We appeal to the free world to save these victims from complications and death in light of the absence of most Palestinian health institutions from the Gaza Strip, as they were deliberately taken out of service.

The occupation killed more than 493 health personnel and medical professionals and arrested at least 310 of them, which constitutes a war crime and a blatant violation of the health rights of the sick and wounded stipulated in international humanitarian law.
