The Zionist narrative quickly shifted to allegations of data manipulation, citing sources like WINEP and Tablet Magazine, fueling a disinformation campaign. The story spread, with outlets like the Foundation for Defense of Democracies and Haaretz echoing the revised figures, despite UN clarifications that the total death toll remained unchanged.

This tactic of questioning casualty numbers aims to distract from the ongoing genocide, diverting attention from the immense human suffering and loss in Gaza.

The deliberate obfuscation serves to deny and downplay the scale of atrocities, much like the countless previous instances of genocide denial & for Israel to literally get away with murder.
