This is Daniel Hamo, an IDF soldier who died in Gaza on 15th May.

He was supposed to donate bone marrow before October 7, but because of the war the donation was delayed. After 3 weeks with great effort he managed to get out of the battle zones and make the donation.

But then he made the mistake of returning to the battlefield.

Berlin police and administrative court prohibit Palestinian demonstration’s planned route today. Demonstration is not allowed to come close to foreign ministry and building of Germany’s largest and racist publisher Axel Springer SE.

Both institutions are deeply complicit in the ongoing genocide. Court argues the buildings constitute “triggering objects” for Palestinian demonstrations. Claiming the demonstrators are prone to violence, the court is concerned glass facades of both buildings can be damaged.

ELSC lawyer Alexander Gorski shares: “The court’s shallow reasoning is irritating. Once again Palestinians in Germany are denied their right to protest the very institutions that discriminate against them.”

The demonstration under the slogan “PALESTINE WILL BE FREE” will start at 2:00 PM on Berlin’s Oranienplatz and must take a different route now.
