Al-Qassam Brigades executed a complex operation near the Al-Mabhouh site east of Jabalia Camp, where they targeted a Merkava tank with an Al-Yassin 105 shell. After the enemy soldiers present at the location fled to a booby-tralped house, it was detonated, resulting in the force being killed and wounded.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
We in the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) have watched with dismay the statements made by U.S. President Joe Biden, in which he stated that a ceasefire in Gaza is contingent upon Hamas releasing the detainees in the Strip.
We condemn this stance of the U.S. President and consider it a retreat from the results of the last round of negotiations, which led to the movement's agreement to the proposal submitted by the mediators in Egypt and Qatar, with the knowledge and oversight of the American mediator.
The movement has shown the necessary flexibility at all stages of the discussions to halt the aggression to move towards achieving an agreement, and this approach was crowned by agreeing to the latest proposal, before the terrorist Netanyahu and his government quickly reversed this course by launching their aggression on our people in Rafah, Jabalia, and Gaza, and the brutal escalation of their massacres in various areas of the Gaza Strip, confirming his pursuit to continue the genocide war in the Gaza Strip, and his disregard for the lives of his captives.
This position of President Biden reaffirms once again the American bias towards the criminal policy led by the government of the Nazi zionists, and its continuation in providing political cover and military support for the genocide war waged against our people, and allowing more time for the terrorist occupation army to complete its operations of destruction, killing, and genocide in the Strip.

The escalation of the occupation against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip comes at a time when American media revealed some forms of torture and brutality with which the criminal occupation army treats the prisoners it kidnapped from the Gaza Strip, where it holds them in secret detention centers, not subject to any supervision, and commits the most horrific forms of torture. And sadism, which indicates the extent of the suffering and atrocities committed against these prisoners.
Committing these atrocities and not revealing the fate of hundreds of prisoners kidnapped from Gaza is further evidence of the failure of the international community in all its institutions and a disgrace to humanity in general, and to the organizations and bodies concerned with prisonersβ affairs in particular.
We hold the occupation and its supporter, America, fully responsible for the crimes of genocide against our people, and the escalation of the war of starvation and thirst, ethnic cleansing, forced displacement, and the kidnapping and torture of civilian prisoners without fault, and we call on the international community, the United Nations and its institutions, to take urgent action to stop the crime of our time, and to put an end to the continuing humanitarian catastrophe that our people are suffering from. For more than 7 months, and to take the necessary decisions to force the occupation to stop the genocidal massacres, withdraw from the Rafah crossing, reopen it and facilitate the arrival of the relief and medical aid that our people need, and immediately release all the prisoners kidnapped from the Gaza Strip.
We call on the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to immediately announce the investigation into all these crimes, and not to delay in issuing arrest warrants against the war criminals among the leaders of the occupation, led by Netanyahu, his Minister of War, and the chief of staff of his criminal gang. We also call on the International Court of Justice to raise its voice after the occupation was struck by its procedures and decisions. Precaution against the wall.

Hamas releases a statement regarding Biden's recent comments, accusing Hamas of sabotaging the negotiations.
βοΈWe followed with dismay the statements made by US President Biden, in which he stated that a ceasefire in Gaza is contingent upon Hamas releasing detainees.
βοΈWe condemn this stance by the US President, considering it a regression from the outcomes of the latest round of negotiations, which led to our agreement on the proposal put forward by mediators from Egypt and Qatar, with the knowledge and involvement of the American mediator.
βοΈPresident Biden's stance once again confirms the American bias towards the criminal policy led by the Zionist Nazi government, continuing to provide political cover and military support for the genocide war it wages against our people, and allowing more time for the terrorist occupation army to complete its operations of destruction, killing, and annihilation in the Gaza Strip.
