Front-line settlement communities in northern Israel are collapsing due to the ongoing war with Hezbollah.

WHO Chief reported that a World Health Organization (WHO) employee, along with their spouse and child, sustained injuries in an Israeli airstrike that demolished their residence in Rafah on Wednesday.

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus stated on X that the staff member’s seven-year-old niece was killed in the airstrike.

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus stated, "This is another devastating example of how unsafe it is in Rafah and across Gaza," emphasizing the precariousness of the situation.

He further called "for the protection of all humanitarian workers and all civilians," in addition to a ceasefire.
