All the initiatives and offers we have made have failed due to Netanyahu's intransigence.
We want calm and to achieve a real exchange deal, but Netanyahu wants the war to continue to achieve his personal goals and political ambitions.
The negotiations are stagnant due to the continuing "israeli" aggression in Rafah.

We have not suspended the negotiations nor withdrawn from them, and the occupation has turned against the proposal of the mediators.
