NO TAX FOR GENOCIDE (UK)
All taxes are deposited in the UK Consolidated Fund. At present 5-10% of the Fund is used to finance illegal wars, war crimes and complicity in genocide through the financing of the Ministry of Defence.
In 2001 the UK Government ratified the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court by enacting the International Criminal Court Act, and the International Criminal Court (Scotland) Act. These two laws make it a criminal offence in the UK for any person to engage in war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide or conduct ancillary to such crimes. Under these laws there is no exception for tax.
The NoTaxForGenocide team of experts have determined that British taxpayers can legally withhold taxation through a clear mechanism they will set out for whoever pledge to withhold their tax money for this reason.
