In the background of the displacement in Nokdim, an Arab takeover organization is proud: over 150,000 trees have been planted since the beginning of the war

Against the backdrop of tonight's uprooting of trees in the settlement of Nakod in Gush Etzion by the Civil Administration in Operation Bezeq in Ishan Lille, the APN organization known as the "Palestinian KKL-Junk" announced at the beginning of the week that since the outbreak of the war, its operatives have planted more than 150,000 trees in new territories in the West Bank.

The organization admitted that the planting of the trees in areas C is the most difficult due to the "disruptions of the occupation and the settlers", but noted that "with perseverance we win". "Even in the places where we were uprooted in the past, we planted again, and today we are already marketing their fruits."

This is a Jordanian organization, but most of its activity is in Israel and it is one of the largest Palestinian takeover organizations operating within the Fayad program. Unlike other organizations, APN focuses on agricultural takeover by planting new trees and training large agricultural areas in strategic locations in Yosh.

Just recently, the organization carried out an extensive planting operation near the fence of the settlement of Efrat in Gush Etzion, as part of which 1000 trees were planted there. The organization declared at the time that they would "protect every centimeter of the land of Palestine" and support Arab farmers who are "fighting against the settlers who are trying to control the territory".

In addition, in recent months, the organization's activists have planted hundreds of trees near Wadi Fokin in Gush Etzion, in a place where they say a future Israeli bypass road will pass. "The importance of the planting operation in this place lies in the occupation's attempts to seize the area for the construction of the bypass road," the organization explained at the time.

According to the reports of the organization that operates as an arm of the takeover of the open spaces, since 2000 its operatives have planted 2,970,000 trees in the territories of Judea and Samaria, and by June the organization is expected to reach the unimaginable number of three million trees.

The agricultural takeover by the Palestinian Authority and its organizations has become more and more common in recent years, mainly due to the great effectiveness inherent in this method. Using very little resources, it is possible to occupy very large areas, and in the Civil Administration almost no enforcement actions are taken against these plantings. Thus within a few years, and without even anyone noticing it, many times the abandoned mountain is filled with Palestinian plantations that give a foothold and even a presumption of ownership of the area to the Arabs of the area with whom the organization works hand in hand every time.

While the Palestinian Authority rampages unhindered and determines facts on the ground, the Israeli security establishment backed by the political echelon allocates its forces to repeated destruction in the settlement. The attempt by Minister Smotrich and other officials in the Civil Administration to publicize and echo the few enforcement actions that are carried out against Arabs - to cover up the campaigns of destruction that are being carried out in the settlement, is not only disgraceful but also transparent and unreliable.

When at this very moment a new Arab city is taking shape in the heart of the agreed reservation in the Judean desert, thousands of other heavy vehicles are engaged in taking over the open areas in the West Bank and the dimensions of the agricultural invasion are already incalculable - the destruction of several individual houses a week is a mockery of Resh.
