Hamas keeps between 3 and 5 female soldiers, which means that in the first phase of the deal between 60 and 100 heavy prisoners with blood on their hands who were sentenced to life imprisonment will be released.

According to the publications, the proposal presented to Hamas is divided into 3 phases for 124 days

The first step in the agreement:
- Cease fire for 40 days
- Release of 33 abductees
- Release of up to 800 Palestinian prisoners
- The return of the Gazans to their homes in the north of the Gaza Strip

The second stage of the agreement:
- Cease fire for 42 days
- The release of the rest of the abductees, including soldiers
- Release of Palestinian prisoners

The third stage of the agreement:
- Cease fire for 42 days
- The release of all the bodies of the abductees
- The release of all the bodies of the terrorists
- Withdrawal of the IDF from the Gaza Strip
- The restoration of the strip for 5 years”
