🔽🔴The “Shadow Unit” in the Al-Qassam Brigades is the most secret unit whose mission is to break the shackles


These heroes are the martyrs of the shadow unit who preserved soldier Shalit and his place and did not reveal the secret of Shalit’ even to the people closest to them.

January 3, 2016 Ten years after the establishment of the Shadow Unit by order of the Chief of Staff of the Al-Qassam Brigades, Commander Muhammad Al-Deif, Al-Qassam revealed the most secret unit, which is the Shadow Unit.

The Al-Qassam Brigades explained that the Mujahideen for this unit were selected from all brigades and combat formations according to precise criteria, and they are subjected to numerous direct and indirect tests.

It indicated that one of its most prominent tasks is securing enemy prisoners who are captured by the Phalange.


Keeping them in the unknown and thwarting the enemy’s efforts in this regard.

In addition to treating enemy prisoners with dignity and respect in accordance with the provisions of Islam and providing them with full material and moral care, taking into account the enemy’s treatment of mujahideen prisoners,

Confirming that the unit’s mujahideen enjoy high sophistication, security experience, and high efficiency.

Abdul Rahman Al Mubasher

They are members of the shadow unit, praising the pioneering role of leaders Muhammad Abu Shamala and Raed Al-Attar
