"A Crime That Crosses Red Lines"
The Popular Front strongly condemns the assassination of the resistance fighter from the Tulkarem Brigade, martyr Ahmad Abu Al-Ful.
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine strongly condemns the heinous crime committed by [Palestinian Authority] Security Forces in assassinating the resistance fighter from the Tulkarem Brigade, martyr Ahmad Abu Al-Ful, emphasizing that it is a crime that crosses red lines.
The Front calls for the pursuit and accountability of those responsible for this abominable crime, noting that it has repeatedly warned of the continuation of this unpatriotic behavior by the Security Forces of the Authority, which serves the occupation and its malicious schemes in the West Bank. It also contributes to stirring and aggravating internal conditions, and poisoning national relations at critical and pivotal moments when there is a need to unify the Palestinian stance, and direct the guns towards the chest of the zionist enemy.
The Front concluded its statement by calling on the Authority and its Security Forces to cease the destructive and condemned security coordination, which has turned the Authority's Security Forces into a security guard for the occupation and settlers. It chases and arrests resistance fighters and those pursued by the occupation, instead of protecting them and defending their rights.

Palestinian authorities Major General Dweikat comments on the murder of the resistance fighter from the Tulkarem Brigade:
The hand of the law is supreme, and the Palestinian security forces will pursue all outlaws who carry out the orders of their masters to create a repulsive situation and environment. The hand that extends to the security men or any Palestinian citizen will be cut off by the sword of the law, and the security men are the guards of the hand who devote their time and effort to ensuring the comfort of the citizens. In light of dangerous and extremely complex situations, their backs will not be exposed, but behind them are all the sincere and loyal members of our struggling people.

๐จ Government Media Office on the occasion of World Press Freedom Day (1/2):
โ
Journalists in Gaza have excelled in conveying their media message in an astonishing manner, and they have provided hundreds of martyrs, wounded, and detainees, defeating the false narrative of the occupation.
Journalists around the world celebrate "World Press Freedom Day," which falls on May 3rd each year. This day was launched by UNESCO and ratified by the United Nations General Assembly as an annual international celebration of the freedom of journalistic work and in remembrance of the martyrs of freedom of opinion and expression.
However, this dear occasion passes differently this year, as the "israeli" occupation has killed 141 journalists and media personnel among us, wounded more than 70, and detained dozens in its prisons, including 20 journalists, as part of the genocide war waged by the "israeli" army against civilians, especially children and women in the Gaza Strip.
This occasion serves to remind the international community of the commitments made by its various countries to respect freedoms and allow space for opinion and expression, and to remind everyone of the rights of media personnel and journalists to freely express and disseminate information and facts about events without restriction or censorship, and without killing or targeting or arresting.
Today at the Government Media Office, as we extend congratulations and greetings to all Palestinian media colleagues on this global occasion, we express our full appreciation and pride in them, their sacrifices, their contributions, and their immaculate journey that has revealed the Palestinian cause and exposed the crimes and massacres of the occupation.
On World Press Freedom Day, we recall the forms of suffering experienced by the Palestinian journalist, and we remember those who have passed away as martyrs over the decades, these heroes who gave their lives so that truth might live, they are the candles in the darkness, and they are the martyrs of truthful words and responsible media. We also remember those who were arrested and subjected to oppression and torture, those whose cameras were broken, and those who were wounded and injured by the shells and rockets of the "israeli" occupation.
On this renewed occasion, the Government Media Office reaffirms that protecting journalistic work and freedom of opinion and expression requires respect for the laws that were set to protect the press and media, and it is unreasonable for the international community to stand powerless in protecting its laws and in protecting Palestinian journalists who are subjected to killing and genocide by the "israeli" army.

๐จ Government Media Office on the occasion of World Press Freedom Day (2/2):
โ
In this context and on this occasion, we in the Government Media Office would like to emphasize the following:
Firstly: We send a salute of reverence and respect to Palestinian journalists and media personnel everywhere, we celebrate their various media efforts and extend congratulations to all colleagues in the profession, and we mourn the souls of the martyrs of the media movement who paid with their blood for the freedom of the nation and the profession.
Secondly: We strongly condemn the crimes and massacres perpetrated by the army of the occupation against journalists throughout the Palestinian territories, particularly in Gaza Strip, and call on everyone to expose its practices and crimes against our people and our sanctities, and against our heroic prisoners in its unjust prisons.
Thirdly: We hold the "israeli" occupation fully responsible for its crimes against journalists and media professionals, killing them and subjecting them to genocide, as well as holding the American administration responsible as it is engaged in the genocide, participating with weapons and military equipment, and supporting the occupation unlimitedly in all directions.
Fourthly: We call on all relevant frameworks and institutions involved in media work to commemorate the occasion in all forms and make it a station of solidarity and cooperation to develop and enhance the ethics of the profession, and to expose the crimes of the occupation and its practices against Palestinian journalists and media professionals throughout Palestine.
Fifthly: We demand the international community to protect Palestinian journalists and pressure the "israeli" occupation to stop the genocide against them and against civilians, children, and women, and our Palestinian people in general.
Sixthly: We believe that it is time for there to be a real outcome to the legal movement concerning the crimes committed by the occupation against journalists before the International Criminal Court. If now is not the time to see the "israeli" war criminals in the docks, then when can it be achieved?
