University of New Mexico Palestinian solidarity encampment took over the student union building yesterday. At about 3 am the police came and brutally assaulted many, seriously injured a couple that we are still waiting to hear about, and arrested 16.
Albuquerque police are the second most violent police department in America with the highest rate of killing unarmed civilians in the country. They have trained with the Israeli police and have utilized similar tactics.
