This is Mufid Meshaal, the brother of Leader Khaled Meshaal, who has been forgotten in American prisons for 15 years


In 2009, a US court issued a 20-year prison sentence against Mufid Abdel Qader, a half-brother the member of the Hamas political bureau, Khaled Meshal.

The rulings came about six months after a grand jury indicted five Holy Land officials on charges of conspiracy to support a foreign terrorist organization, money laundering, tax fraud, and other charges. Three other defendants were sentenced to lesser prison terms, ranging from 15 to 20 years.
