This proposal passed by the Egyptians has a "tentative Israeli green light", that's how senior political officials define it in my ears, for all the clauses in the proposal.

What can be said tonight is that this proposal speaks of one stage of execution, and another stage of talks.

That is, unlike the previous deal, here the first step - can be an introduction to an overall deal.

In the first stage -

it is a humanitarian deal in which dozens of abductees will be released, there is a debate about the numbers, Israel claims that Hamas can bring much more than 20 abductees as part of the humanitarian deal. In any case, an additional day of respite will be given for each abductee.

In the second stage -
