"Nova Concert victims sue Israel"

42 victims of the Oct. 7 Nova concert have filed a civil lawsuit against the IDF, police, and Israel's internal security service.

Lawsuit alleges negligence and a failure to act on warnings of a potential security threat.

Several victims have already decided to publicly comment that the Israeli army fired at them out of control. A police investigation also confirmed that many of the October 7 victims were killed by the IDF.

Praise be to Allah, who honored us by making us sons of a movement built and formed on blood, producing sons of firm resolve and belief, who know no path to humiliation or falsehood.

O mothers of the martyrs, the Khansas of Palestine,
O youth of the intifada and its fuel,
O those of you who put your hands on the trigger, all the people chosen by Allah as the spearhead in facing the arrogance and corruption of "israel,"

In light of what we and the rest of the Palestinian people across our land and homeland face in terms of injustice and tyranny from a cowardly and criminal enemy who sheds the blood of our children, women, elderly, and men mercilessly under global cover and Arab silence:

We still face here the injustice of our own people, exploiting our people's sufferings and pains, disregarding all concepts of humanity and patriotism. Since the battle of the Fury of Jenin, the PA security forces have taken it upon themselves to pursue our fighters, targeting our people, exemplifying their injustice by arresting the fighters, chasing them, confiscating their weapons, and even directly shooting at them. We have swallowed our anger, transcended our wounds, and adhered to the teachings of our noble religion, recalling the words of the founder Dr.Fathi Shaqaqi, "We came out to fight the enemy, and everything else is marginal."

However, we were surprised yesterday by the pursuit and killing of the young fighter Ahmed Obeidi of the Burqin Brigade, as they previously cold-bloodedly killed the young [Bahaa] Al-Kakaban, the child Sadeel Turkman, and presented baseless justifications detached from reality.

We had avoided confrontation and ensured not to give them any pretext for clash, but they did not cease to confront and chase us. They did not even maintain neutrality, leaving us to face our fate with the occupier, continuing to chase the fighters and shoot at them.

This created fertile ground for strife and an environment for the law of the jungle. A few days ago, a vehicle carrying two of our fighters was directly targeted with bullets, but by the grace and care of Allah, our fighters were protected from death by the bullets of treachery and hate bullets. We posed questions to them, and not to put them in the position of the accused; they denied and condemned any involvement of the Security Forces in this incident. We asked them to uncover the perpetrators, pursue them, and bring them to justice according to the law.

O people of our nation, and our people in Jenin Governorate and its steadfast camp:
If our response to the traitors and the surrenderers is more accusations against them, then they no longer fear accusation. If we believed that the blood of the martyrs would expose them, then since the Oslo Accords, they have lost the last fig leaf which they used to hide their nakedness; they do not move now except nakedly.

Now, the picture is clearer than ever. We all see and witness the deliberate negligence in reconstruction, work on streets, and infrastructure in the camp, aiming to undermine the popular cradle and erode the confidence of the families in the resistance,exploiting the suffering of the families, the elderly, women,, and children, and delighting in their agony.

Therefore, in honour of the blood of our martyrs in Gaza of dignity and in support of our valiant resistance, which has been writing the greatest epics and heroics since the first day of the Al-Aqsa Flood battle, the Jenin Brigade calls and mobilizes you to participate in the massive march tonight in the city of Jenin, in loyalty to the blood of the martyred leaders and in support of our resistance and our spearhead in Gaza of Hashem.

Indeed, it is a jihad of victory or martyrdom

🔻Statement from Abu Ubaida - During the past 4 days, the Qassam Mujahideen were able to completely or partially destroy 71 military vehicles.

Our Mujahideen confirmed that 16 Zionist soldiers were killed and dozens were injured with varying degrees of injury, and they carried out 42 military missions that left a number of soldiers dead and wounded.
