Dalal al-Mughrabi, a young Palestinian freedom fighter, nicknamed the “Bride of Jaffa,” led a bus hijacking operation.

The operation was known in the name of Kamal Adwan, a Palestinian leader who was in charge of an apparatus supervising the resistance in Beirut, and who was assassinated - along with a group of resistance fighters in their homes in the Al-Fardani neighborhood on Sadat Street in Beirut in 1977 - by a squad that infiltrated Beirut, headed by former occupation Defense Minister Ehud Barak. .
