Haniyeh: We believe that Gaza is part of the Palestinian homeland, and that the formation of a national consensus government for Gaza and the West Bank will certainly supervise Gaza and its administration after the end of the war.

Haniyeh: There are options and alternatives proposed, for example, the presence of an Arab force and some countries are called; We said clearly: We welcome any Arab or Islamic force if its mission is to provide support to our Palestinian people and help them liberate from the Israeli occupation, but if an Arab or even an international force, whoever this country is, comes to provide protection for the Israeli entity, then it is certainly rejected.

Haniyeh: There are alternatives that have been proposed, but they are impractical alternatives, and they are alternatives that cannot succeed.

Haniyeh: The administration of the Gaza Strip is carried out by the Palestinian will, by the will of the Palestinian people. The Hamas movement is not committed to representation alone as some want to claim and say, but we are part of the Palestinian people, and we are on the basis of a partnership that can build a national unity government.

Haniyeh: We can agree on the management of the Gaza Strip, and these are purely Palestinian issues. It is not permissible and we have no right to allow the Israeli occupation or anyone else to interfere in arranging the Palestinian situation or in managing internal Palestinian affairs in Gaza or in the West Bank, or in both.
