As I mentioned previously, the Arab parties to the International Criminal Court that did not file a complaint regarding Israel’s crimes (Jordan and Tunisia) must also take the initiative to do so, as the other Arab parties did (Comoros, Djibouti, and Palestine).

Genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes are heinous crimes, and all available paths must be resorted to, including the legal path. Arab silence cannot be justified.
