EU:
The EU has sanctioned the armed wings of Hamas and Islamic Jihad over their “use of sexual violence” during the 7 October attack in southern Israel.
Hamas's Qassam Brigades and special forces Nukhba Force as well as PIJ’s al-Quds Brigades are now subject to an asset freeze and a travel ban to the EU, alongside a ban on providing funds directly or indirectly to them.

GERMANY:

Today, the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR), supported by the Palestinian Center for Human Rights (PCHR) in Gaza, the Al Mezan Center for Human Rights in Gaza and the human rights organization Al Haq in Ramallah, filed a lawsuit seeking to suspend export licenses issued by the German government for arms shipments to Israel.

German authorities prevented Palestinian Dr. Ghassan Abu Sitta from entering Germany to participate in the Palestine Congress. It will be interesting to see how this will unfold – theoretically, it could be pursued legally

An activist has been arrested in Berlin for holding up a "Jews Against Genocide" banner outside the Palestine Congress event.

UK:
Aleema Shivji, Oxfam’s chief impact officer, said, “It is illegal, immoral and inconsistent for the UK to continue to sell arms to Israel, when it is clear that UK-made weapons and components are being used in serious violation of international humanitarian law – and after it imposed restrictions in previous escalations of violence when the scale of death and destruction had been lower”.

ICJ:
Mexico institutes proceedings against Ecuador and asks the ICJ to indicate provisional measures: although this isn’t related to Gaza, the ruling on the legality of attacking an embassy can be used by Iran for the bombing of their consulate in Syria.

I’ve long suspected that the West wasn’t as freed as it deemed itself to be but watching its actions (and inactions) made me extremely happy to know for sure what cloth they were cut from.
