This is exactly how they did for Trump when he said that "all is well," "no one is harmed," and "only a few people got a headache" after Iran's ballistic strike on US bases in Iraq without any response from the US despite Trump's claims that he would hit 52 critical sites in Iran if Iran attacked any US base.

I can assure you that no Iranian source with information about military operations will ever talk to a propaganda outlet like Reuters. In fact, they don't even share such information with Iranian state media outlets. Reuters has a long history of publishing fabricated news from "informed sources in Iran" whose content appears to be merely manufactured by the CIA.
