Qasr Al Basha was built by a Mamluk sultan in the 13th century. A second story was added several hundred years ago during the Ottoman era. Also, because Napoleon Bonaparte took residence there during the siege of Bilad al-Sham, it was given the name “Napoleon Castle”
It exhibited important artifacts that belonged to thousands of years ago. In this museum, visitors could see valuable artifacts that belong to the Greek, Roman, Byzantine, and Islamic civilizations.

Scenes from the firefighting operation on the first night after the occupation forces withdrew from the Shifa Medical Complex and its surroundings a few days ago after the civil defense crews were unable to respond to the distress calls made by the citizens stranded in the area due to the Israeli occupation preventing the crews from working to save the lives of innocent citizens, which were cut short.
We find that most of those who called for our help died as a result of the direct bombing that targeted the complex and the buildings in its surroundings, and dozens of martyrs’ bodies are still under the rubble and ruins of the demolished buildings.
