Hamas informed the mediators that if the enemy presents proposals that remove all obstacles to the return of the displaced to their homes in the north of the Gaza Strip and provide appropriate humanitarian relief and the withdrawal of the occupation forces and ceasefire, then there is room for a prisoner deal, and the movement will show flexibility in this file, otherwise, it cannot.

There is no agreement on any of the files, and the enemy places obstacles in front of them, but in the end, it will yield and retreat in the files.

The general internal and external environment adds pressure factors in favor of the resistance's position and not the enemy's position.
