➡️Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor: Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza recorded one of the largest massacres in Palestinian history.

🔴We express our extreme shock at the horror of the massacre committed by the Israeli occupation army in the Al-Shifa Medical Complex and its surroundings over the course of two weeks of its implementation of a massive military operation that included committing horrific massacres and crimes against everyone present there.

🔴Our preliminary estimates indicate that more than 1,500 Palestinians, including martyrs, wounded and missing, half of them women and children, were victims of the Israeli massacre in the Shifa Medical Complex and its surroundings.

🔴There are hundreds of bodies inside the Al-Shifa Complex and in the surrounding area, including burned bodies and others with their heads and limbs cut off

🔴Among the victims of the massacre were at least more than 22 patients who were killed on hospital beds as a result of the Israeli siege of the complex and the deliberate deprivation of medical care, food, and water

🔴The Shifa Complex is now completely out of service, after the occupation army destroyed all its buildings by bombing and burning, including the mortuary, and its internal and external courtyards and corridors

🔴The Israeli occupation forces have forcibly displaced more than 25,000 Palestinian civilians from the complex and residential areas in its vicinity, and initial estimates show that the army destroyed and burned more than 1,200 residential units in the vicinity of the complex.

🔴The massacre that took place in Al-Shifa Medical Complex and the targeting of protected civilians and protected civilian objects, in such a serious, systematic and extrnsive manner, and the targeting of the remainder of the health system in the Gaza Strip is further evidence of the crime of genocide that “Israel” has been committing against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip for six months

🔴The occupation army carried out its crime in the Al-Shifa Complex without the slightest respect for the rules of international humanitarian law, especially the principles of distinction, proportionality and military necessity, or respect for the special protection enjoyed by civilian hospitals and medical teams, or the protection enjoyed by civilians.

🔴We invite all survivors and eyewitnesses to contact our crews on Telegram number (00447775170355) to provide their testimonies about the crimes they witnessed in the Al-Shifa Medical Complex and its surroundings, in order to document them according to the rules and preserve them for the purposes of international investigations.

🔴We call on all international bodies and institutions present and operating in the Gaza Strip to go to the crime scene to document all forensic evidence related to this crime and to hear the testimonies of victims and witnesses, including the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.

Around 17:00 this afternoon, the "israeli" enemy launched an aerial aggression from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan, targeting the Iranian consulate building in Damascus.

Our air defenses confronted the enemy's missiles, downing some of them. The aggression resulted in the complete destruction of the building and the martyrdom and injury of everyone inside.

Efforts are underway to recover the bodies of the martyrs, provide aid to the wounded, and remove the debris.
