- The Emergency Management Department in the Gaza Strip followed all the crises resulting from the war, striving in all sincerity with all partners, elites, families and national components to overcome every crisis. We succeeded several times and failed many times, but the failure caused by the occupation to strike the Palestinian will increased our determination to continue on the path to reach the desired success. He overcame the obstacles and shouldered the grave responsibilities and challenges that if major powers had been exposed to during the Zionist aggression and genocidal war, they would have collapsed in days or even hours. However, God Almighty took care of us with His mercy and placed patience and steadfastness in the souls of our proud people who are stubborn to break and to whom we owe at every moment our loyalty and preservation. He is fighting the battle with the resistance in the same spirit and national responsibility.

- The national kinetic, factional, civil, community and popular cells worked day and night, secretly and openly, each in its own right, to address the issues and crises caused by the occupation, despite the occupation’s targeting of all components and elements of construction and the assassination of joints and cadres working in governmental, civil, community and organizational emergencies. Hundreds of them and dozens of government, popular and civil work leaders were martyred. It targeted the interior, relief, health, civil, popular, and other departments. Rather, the occupation was targeting them while they were at work, hours after they were assigned to attack the government and emergency system, but thanks to God, dozens were coming out to fill the gap and continue to march to serve our people. Thanks to God, they achieved success in controlling the security situation, protecting convoys, fighting outlaws, securing aid, protecting headquarters, and ending family strife. Yes. Not a perfect success; Rather, it was a relative success built on it, and that was thanks to the interconnection between the Interior Ministry, the People’s Protection Committees, and the national components with all of our people and our families, who were watching every moment for progress and the stability of reality, to secure them from the behavior of the unruly and the aggression of transgressors and outsiders who seek to undermine civil and societal peace and serve the goals of the Zionist occupation.

We have taken decisive decisions in the economic files in an attempt to control prices and prevent monopoly. We listened to the observations of all parties and dialogued with the best specialists, figures and national forces to reach a solution commensurate with the state of war to improve the economic system in light of the occupation’s systematic targeting of it through crossing imports. We took all the observations. We have tried many times to achieve this, to end the state of monopoly and the outrageous high prices, and to fight the war merchants, until today we achieve the limited improvement that we see you achieving in order to reach the highest levels of improvement in serving our people, ensuring their comfort, and securing their front in light of the aggression.

Dear brothers, we followed every word, advice, observation, direction, and opinion that we took seriously and moved to the discussion circles and to the specialist table, and it found its right in the discussion until we reached the best options that would bring comfort to our people, and we will continue to do so until we reach what our people want and protect our internal front.
