⚖️UK to be sued over UNRWA defunding
On behalf of a British Palestinian with family in Gaza @ICJPalestine and @BindmansLLP have launched a legal action over the UK’s decision to defund UNRWA
If the UK government doesn’t reinstate funding their client will issue judicial review proceedings in the High Court.
They will publish a detailed 30 page pre-action letter to help others that want to sue their governments to prevent an unnecessary man made humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza.
