(1/2): — Since October 7th, Palestinian resistance leaders and the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, have communicated several times. Some of these meetings remained secret, while others were public, like the recent meeting between Nasrallah and the Deputy Head of the Political Bureau of Hamas in Gaza, Khalil Al-Hayya (March 12, 2024). Another part of the communication took place via a secure line.

Coordination between the two resistances, according to those familiar with it, is currently at its highest level, both militarily and politically. In the latest meeting that brought together the leaderships of the two resistances, the Hamas leadership updated its host on the military situation on the ground. They reported that "the resistance in Gaza is still in good condition and can continue for a long time in the current battle, and the weapon manufacturing is ongoing."

According to Al-Carmel's information, in addition to weapon manufacturing, the transfer of weapons to the Gaza Strip has not stopped during the war. Al-Hayya also revealed that "the command and control system of the resistance remains cohesive and strong." He said, "Famine in northern Gaza is severe," and the American and "israeli" aggression uses it, along with some Arab and Palestinian media, to pressure the resistance to succumb to "israeli" demands. The Palestinian resistance has experienced this policy, as in previous negotiation stages with the "israeli" enemy, "Tel Aviv" and Egypt would reduce the number of trucks coming to Gaza each time they wanted to pressure the resistance.

Returning to the Al-Hayya – Nasrallah meeting, Sayyed Hassan spoke about the support fronts (Iraq, Yemen, Lebanon), and informed the Hamas delegation that they can negotiate on behalf of these fronts, and that it is a pressure card in the hands of Hamas against the "israeli" delegation in the negotiations.
