“I was confronted by an armed robber who told me

“My friend, give me what you have or I will carve your face with a knife.”

I told him: “My friend, I’ve gone through three wars and didn’t die, it would be shameful to die at your hands.”

The armed robber asked me, ‘Where are you from?’

I said, “I am from Palestine.”

He then hugged me and told me:

“ If you need anything, I’m here. I’ll go rob others and bring it to you, but you won’t need anything.”
