Israeli channel report:

“Political sources:

"Hamas gave an unclear answer, there is no reason to send representatives to Cairo"

Political officials clarified that "there is no Israeli delegation in Cairo". According to them, "No answer was received from Hamas about the outline in Paris. Hamas refuses to provide clear answers also regarding the list of abductees and the key of the prisoners who will be released, and because of this whole situation there is no reason to send an Israeli delegation to Cairo. This is the position of all the professionals and not only the Prime Minister. Right now Hamas' answer is that there is no answer. They are trying to impose on us. And as long as there is no clear answer there is no reason to send an Israeli delegation." (Ynet)”

A statement issued by the Legal Affairs Office of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine

In continuation of the series of blackmail that the UNRWA administration began to practice against its employees and to fight them for their livelihood when it dismissed a number of employees whom it falsely accused of participating in the Al-Aqsa Flood operation, citing their lack of commitment to impartiality while performing the job, the same administration followed a similar approach against its employees in Lebanon, so it, through its General Director, informed Professor Fatah Sharif, the director of Deir Yassin High School in Al-Bass Camp, said that he was forced to resign or he would be subjected to an investigation with unfortunate results.

Commenting on the unjust decision taken by the UNRWA administration in Lebanon against Professor Fateh Sharif, the Legal Affairs Office of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine confirms the following:

First - The preamble of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights issued on December 10, 1948 by the United Nations General Assembly, of which UNRWA is one of the agencies specialized in the relief and employment of refugees and the protection and care of their rights, affirms that recognition of the inherent dignity of all members of the human family and their equal and inalienable rights is the basis Justice and peace in the world and that it is necessary for the law to protect human rights so that one does not resort to rebellion against tyranny and injustice. It would be better for UNRWA management to adhere to the principles of this declaration in terms of its respect for the dignity of its employees and to refrain from tyranny and injustice towards them.

Second: Article 11 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that every accused person is innocent until proven guilty. Legally, a public trial is held that provides him with the necessary guarantees to defend himself, but UNRWA management considered that the rule followed was that the accused is guilty until proven innocent when it took its decision to force Professor Fath Sharif to submit his resignation, accusing him of violating the principle of neutrality.

Third: Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights affirms that every person has the right to enjoy freedom of opinion and expression and to seek, receive, and impart information and ideas to others. However, the UNRWA administration works to silence the Palestinians and prevent the Palestinians from expressing their solidarity with their people, who are subjected to the most horrific types of massacres throughout history.

The Legal Affairs Office of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine believes, based on the above, that the UNRWA administration in Lebanon has taken a decision whose effects will not be limited to Professor Fateh Sharif, but will affect all its employees as a step leading to the cessation of funding from it by donor countries on the way to its work down to The Israeli-American demand and depriving the Palestinian people of their right to return to their homeland and establish their independent state on their land.

Returning to the work systems of UNRWA employees, it is stated in the fourth idea of Article One in Chapter One that the employee must act in a manner befitting his status as an employee of the agency without requiring him to abandon his patriotic feeling towards his family and people, who are exposed daily to barbaric bombardment by the occupation and their displacement to On the shores of the sea, he receives a handful of flour mixed with sand, which does not make him fat or relieve him of hunger.

He enjoys a broad popular base that cannot leave him alone in his just cause, which is the cause of an entire people.

According to recent BBC reports, Israel's assertion of killing 10,000 Hamas fighters has been cast into doubt. The death toll, verified by Gaza's Hamas-run health ministry and endorsed by the World Health Organization, exceeds 30,035, with over 70% comprising women and children.

Given that less than 30% of the casualties are men, and considering that some may not be of fighting age, questions arise regarding Israel's claim. Despite repeated requests, the Israeli forces has not disclosed its methodology for counting Hamas fighter deaths to BBC Verify.

The BBC's investigation, which relied on claims and videos published by Israel, contradicts Israel's figures. Rachel Taylor, the executive director of Every Casualty Counts, highlights that the casualties' demographics mirror those of Gaza's population, suggesting indiscriminate killing. Nearly half of Gaza's population is under 18, and approximately 44% of the fatalities are children, as per Gaza authorities' demographic data from February 29.
