1. 2. The operations of airdropping aid and turning a blind eye to bringing it in from land crossings come in the context of circumventing the root solutions to the problem by following showy, propaganda and useless methods. It is also a twisting of the arm of reality, the field and the truth, and is consistent with the occupation’s policy of promoting the policy of starvation and buying time for the benefit of the occupation. 3. 7. The policy of closing land crossings to convoys of relief, supply, and food aid is a war crime that violates international law, international humanitarian law, and all international conventions.
