At the kind invitation of Egypt, a delegation of the Hamas leadership headed by Dr. Khalil al-Hayya arrived in Cairo to hold talks with Egyptian officials about the latest developments related to the extermination war in Gaza and the overall situation in the West Bank, Jerusalem, and Al-Aqsa.

Taher Al-Nunu, a Hamas leader present in Cairo, reported that the delegation began preliminary talks for meetings that will start tomorrow, Wednesday, focusing on ways to stop the war on the Gaza Strip, deliver aid, and end the suffering of our people in Gaza, as well as on internal Palestinian relations to reach national consensus on all political issues, and bilateral relations with the brothers in Egypt and ways to develop them.

Al-Nunu praised the efforts exerted by Egypt in all the aforementioned issues under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, stressing that relations with Egypt are stable and strong, and joint work has not stopped on various issues.
