Operations to control and isolate a large fire that broke out in a factory in the city of Hebron began


Civil Defense crews and partners are working to control a massive fire in a plastic factory in Hebron

Civil defense crews from the governorates of Hebron, Bethlehem, Jerusalem, and Jericho, and partners from municipalities and the local community, are still dealing with a massive fire inside a plastic factory in the city of Hebron that caught fire during the evening hours of Tuesday, February 27, 2024.


The Director General of Civil Defense, Major General Al-Abd Ibrahim Khalil, followed the work of the crews from the fire site and supervised the firefighting operations in which more than 15 firefighting teams, a hydraulic ladder, and a number of water supply tanks and heavy equipment participated, in a continuous attempt to control this fire that has been going on for approximately four hours
