They’re protesting Netanyahu, yes. But not for the reasons you might think.

They’re demanding his removal not because of what’s happening in Gaza to Palestinians. Not because of the aggressions and genocide. And not because they care about Palestinians.

The Israelis protesting equally hate Palestinians, they just don’t want their people to die for it. Many have served or will serve in the IDF and kill Palestinians themselves, if they haven’t already.

They are protesting to remove Netanyahu because they need a leader who will make sure they are safe from "Hamas!”

They're protesting for their own interests unrelated to the genocide of the Palestinian in Gaza

The point of differentiation between left and right wing Israelis is how they want to kill Palestinians, not if.
