The NGO says that the it was a non-partisan initiative that was completely FREE for the government to execute.

"Just to give context when the Ukraine conflict happened, a month into it we had the Yes from the government.

The UK government took responsibility for over 200 children from Ukraine, flew them out and treated them amongst the best hospitals, at no cost to the hospitals.
