Possible Puppet Palestinian State to be Established by March 10th


In a major diplomatic push, The Washington Post reported that the U.S. and several Arab countries aim to present within a few weeks a long-term plan for peace between Israel and the Palestinians, including a time frame for the establishment of a Palestinian state.

According to the report, the urgency in presenting the plan has to do with a proposed pause in the fighting in the Gaza Strip and a new hostage release deal that is being negotiated by the United States, Qatar and Egypt. Watch the video for more.

According to the plan, an initial six-week cease-fire will allow for time to make the plan public, and begin its implementation, including the formation of an interim Palestinian government.

According to the report, the planners hope a new deal for the release of the hostages held by Hamas in the Strip can be reached by the beginning of the Ramadan month, on March 10.
