O masses of our steadfast people everywhere, we address you with this statement to provide you with the latest developments regarding the agreement to end the problems with the authority. As you know, we have shown great flexibility and have risen above the wounds and injustice that have befallen our people in the camp, children, men and women, without guilt, in order to complete the agreement and stop the bloodshed from both parties.


However, the authority did not abide by what was agreed upon regarding lifting the siege on the camp by withdrawing from some of the houses and agreed-upon sites, and releasing the detainees who were arrested without any reason or charge and imprisoned by the governor for 45 days. The agreement was that they would be released this morning, Saturday, so that we could complete the rest of the stages, but their release was not committed to. After communicating with the brothers in the solution committee, they informed us that they would communicate with the concerned parties and we took their word that they would be released before sunset, and so far they have not been released.

Here, we communicated with the brothers and informed them that it is not logical for us to sit down to talk about the implementation of the second step before committing to implementing what was agreed upon in the first step. We asked them to oblige the authority to implement what was agreed upon in order to complete the remaining stages of implementing the agreement in order to end the problem once and for all.
