To clarify, the mechanism for releasing prisoners is linked to the number of enemy prisoners to be released and within which category they are to be released, and it is a process that will extend throughout the first phase of the agreement.

Accordingly, the lists will be published before each exchange day within a mechanism agreed upon in the ceasefire terms.
