Comment: what he is trying to achieve, here, is two-fold: either an admission of their participation in genocide, or an unwillingness to respond – both of which are sanctionable by the ICC. Additionally, and legally speaking, any interaction made through Parliamentary channels can be assumed true and taken as is by a court involved in legal proceedings. He is, in fact, building a case against them by repeatedly asking questions that they repeatedly omit to answer despite having the duty to. I don’t know who the lawyer who is advising him is, but s/he is an excellent one.
