The proposal was presented to Egypt, which according to the WSJ it includes:

🔺 15 camp sites, each containing about 25,000 tents.

🔺 Location was chosen in the southwestern part of Gaza.

🔺 Egypt will be responsible for establishing the camps, including field hospitals.
