New Message from Mansour Shouman’s team :
Asalamu Alaykum Everyone
Please pray for Mansour Shouman and everyone in Nasser Hospital and Khan Younis.
As you saw in the news the Israeli forces are attacking the hospital. The situation is not safe and communication is not stable.
For more than 48 hours both Mansour's family and social media team have not been able to connect with him.
As Mansour explained in his last Live, he gets connectivity when he reaches the rooftop of the hospital which is currently very dangerous.
We demand the Canadian government and the international community to put an immediate halt to the Israeli offenses on hospitals in Gaza.

Israeli military operation in Rafah 'cannot proceed,' U.S. ambassador to the U.N. says
NPR |
As Israel prepares to escalate its military campaign on the southern Gaza city of Rafah, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Linda Thomas-Greenfield told NPR that Israel has an obligation to keep civilians safe, and that under current conditions, a planned military operation there "cannot proceed."
The flow of humanitarian assistance continues to lag far behind the needs of the nearly 1.5 million Palestinians who have taken shelter in Rafah.

Major French Oil Company ‘TotalEnergies’ Quietly stopped sending ships via Red Sea
TotalEnergies has not sent ships through the southern strait leading to the Red Sea and the Suez Canal for several weeks, extending its ships’ travel time to Europe, the French oil major said.
CEO Patrick Pouyanne said that the costs of going through the Red Sea went up due partly to higher insurance costs.
"The conflict between the Houthis and the US-led coalition is having a significant impact on the region.
So we're careful and are no longer crossing the Red Sea, said Pouyanne.

I directed our forces to plan the evacuation of hundreds of thousands of Rafah residents before the ground invasion
We will provide safe passage for civilians to be able to leave, and I agree with the Americans on this point
Not entering Rafah means losing the war and keeping Hamas there

UK Building costs jump as Red Sea disruption pushes up shipping prices
Independent UK |
Construction firms have seen the first jump in building costs since last autumn as Red Sea disruption sent shipping prices higher, according to a report from the latest S&P Global/CIPS construction purchasing managers' index (PI).
This is mostly affecting imports from Asia, it said.
“Higher prices paid for imported items contributed to a rise in overall cost burdens for the first time since last September”
- Tim Moore, S&P Global

Israeli Settlers Left Gaza in 2005. They Now See a Chance to Return.
A group of Israelis hoping to live in Gaza at the war’s end has already published maps imagining Jewish-majority towns dotting the territory.
Within Israel, a powerful lobby is trying to rally support for Jewish settlements there.
“The minute the war is over, we’ll build our homes there,” said Yair Cohen, 23, a reserve soldier, who said his family was evicted from Gaza in 2005. “The question isn’t whether we will return when the fighting is over, but if there will be a Gaza.”
The settlers’ dream of Israelis returning to Gaza would mean replacing the Palestinians currently living there, and while the settler movement is divided on how to do that, some extremist settlers advocate deportation.
