🔻The Hague – A comprehensive legal complaint has been filed by Huda S., represented by attorney Haroon Raza of the March30Movement, targeting various Dutch entities and individuals for their alleged involvement in human rights violations during the Gaza genocide of 2023 and 2024.

🔻The complaint, enumerates the accused parties, including Dutch nationals who have voluntarily participated in the conflict as part of the Israeli Defence Forces, "Stichting Sar-El Nederland" for its role in recruiting volunteers for the IDF, The prime minister Rutte and key ministers responsible for overseeing the transfer of weapons and military materials through Dutch territory.
