🇺🇦 has liberated the city of Kherson after more than 8 months of 🇷🇺 occupation.

🇷🇺 captured the regional capital in the very first week of the invasion, the only oblast capital they have been able to capture to date.

This is why Ukraine thinks total military victory is possible. For them, negotiating means giving Putin territory.

🇺🇦 have now completed the liberation of the right (northern) bank of the Dnipro, with 🇷🇺 forces destroying the last crossing at Nova Kakhovka as they withdrew.

🇷🇺 have taken full control of the settlement of Opytne and continue efforts to capture Pavlivka.

Opytne (south of Bakhmut) has moved back to contested. 🇷🇺 is attacking the settlement from the Southeast and Ivanhrad, which is almost fully under their control.
