Rest assure your assets still remain safe and sound, it's just delaying from BSC chain and server as massive transactions at once. As you know we have issues with deposit and withdraw from the first day of game’s launch. We have retransfered token for the first list but there are still more people has not received their token yet. From tomorrow we will start refund the remain token to users.

About today, all pending, failed or success transactions but not yet reflected in game or in your wallet, will take time to be transfered. Many have received and many haven’t. Please be patient and wait a little bit more. We have worked with BSC and server to ameliorate the situation. Please note that you will have your token back in any ways.

We are starting to transfer WAI from the token withdrawal’s error on the date of game launch, to you wallet in-game. From that moment, withdrawal limit will be fixed to 1000 WAI maximun per day. As you’re all aware, Wanaka Farm is experiencing some unexpected problems, the most serious of which is a server overload that leads to many errors.
After thoroughly evaluating the problems we are facing, we decided to come up with a solution to fix it, including 4 steps as below:

Step 1:
Close the game for maintenance from 16:00 UTC November 9, 2021, to the end of November 17, 2021

Step 2:
Released a minimal features version for landowners to maintain stability.

Time: November 18, 2021

Step 3:
Open version for non-land owners

Time: November 28, 2021

Step 4:
We’re working with some engineers experts, will upgrade the system according to a new architecture infrastructure that will handle high load capacity and will release new attractive gameplay features.
Time: Expected in about six weeks from after this announcement.
