If you have the error "Could not fetch chain ID. Is your RPC URL correct?" when you set up WTC network in MetaMask, it means you have the latest version that won't let you add our previous chainID.

ChainID: 15 (you might enter 0xf instead of 15, too)
Symbol: WTC
