๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ท - Nikol Pashinyan didnโt issue condolence for Iranian president Raisi.
๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ท๐บ - ICC being "neutral" and indicting everyone who "deserve it" could really hurt the institution by giving everyone a good reason to just ignore it.
The idea of an international criminal court was always a little foolish to begin with and its not surprising it is quickly becoming a joke when the war they have to handle arenโt in sub-saharan Africa or the Balkan.

๐ซ๐ท - I'm noticing that PM Attal is more popular than Macron in the poll.
If he pulls it off in 2027, the question will be: will he be more politically clever than Macron on the international level? For this, he will inevitably have to listen to the experts and the "elder statesmen".
Diplomatically, I do note that Attal was very clever and sensitive during his visit to Quebec, where he supported the current Quebec govt and nationalist movement as a whole without compromising France too much on it. That may hint at a will to return to a more traditionnal French diplomacy.

๐ซ๐ท๐ณ๐จ - Whatever you think is the level of despair in French security forces regarding Macron's competences, its probably a lot higher.
The guy caused repeated revolts in France, lost French influence in West Africa in a way nearly reminiscent of 1991, now is causing a civil conflictthat's how its called when you have Western democracies like NZ and AU asking for repatriation flights in New Caledonia, putting at risks more than a hundred thousand non-ethnic Kanak in the Island.

๐จ๐ฆ - This "enlightened centrist" is boasting like Quebec was about to become a new Ontario or something, but in reality its getting closer and closer of being a French-Canadian near ethno-state precisely because these woke activists are scaring the hell out of the average population into supporting more and more hardcore nationalist politicians, which in turn make the charter of freedom to be toilet paper tier charter, that sabotage nearly every anglo institution and make French mandatory in every way possible, etc.
๐บ๐ธ - I agree with Nick Fuentes on some subjects. He's a young man with great intuition on many subjects, he's courageous and his unapologetic defense of the Catholic faith is something I respect
However, when he comes and say that we should repudiate any RW govt that has relations with Israel... I disagree.
Should we absolutely boast and celebrate whenever a Western RW govt is hostile towards Israel? Yes. Should we take people like Robert Fico, especially after the assassination attempt and make them like rockstars because they have the guts to confront Israel? Yes.
But its important not to go too far.
The Western RW is a movement that aim at preserving Western culture, way of life, christian religion and economic prosperity. Foreign policy is something we should be flexible on if we want to implement change.

๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ต๐ธ - Yesterday we learned that many Western officials love democracy show much they think being elected entitle them to do genocide and crimes against humanity without ICC scrutiny.
I guess they donโt want a warrant on George Bush.

๐ธ๐ฉ - Sudan OSINT update, May 21
Al Fasher is the last city standing in Darfur, with all the other having suffered ethnic cleansing following the RSF Darfur campaign. It is undergoing a RSF offensive currently, despite being held by the SAF.
RSF says SAF launched a strategic bombardment of the El Fasher electricity power station, which feeds the city in electricity. RSF blames such action by the SAF on "scorched earth policy" by an armed forces who is "unable to confront them on the ground". SAF blames RSF for scorched earth policy on its turn because of a systematic targeting of civilian.
The Abu Shouk IDP camp in Al Fasher, who is populated of more than 100k people, including 70% of women and children, was bombed with artillery by the RSF. It caused the death of a family of 7 person. In those El Fasher IDP camps, a children dies every 2 hours of malnutrition since the war started.
Al Tikina, a village in Gezira state, is under massive RSF assault since 3am today despite having no military target, with dozens of RSF pick-ups and artillery targeting the city. Despite Gezira state being ethnically diverse, such actions by the RSF are usually also motivated by a will to steal the village's resources, make the women and children endure sexual violence that will often lead the victims to be ostracized and punish these communities for a perceived political support for the Sudanese armed forces.

๐ซ๐ท๐ณ๐จ - New Caledonia OSINT update, May 21.
President Macron has departed from Paris to Noumรฉa, starting a 24h flight. His presence, media announces, will aim at establishing a "mission" aimed at restoring "republican order". It is unclear who does Macron plans to meet during his New Caledonia visit, including if he plans to take a crowd bath. Many French OSINTers fear a "petite phrase" by Macron that would worsen the situation.
The situation on the ground isn't improving. Currently, 3000 security forces officials are present in New Caledonia, and more are arriving daily. The last reinforcements of the currently scheduled batch are on the way. The number is relatively low, mainly because of New Caledonia's small population, the fact its population is mainly located in Noumรฉa region, and the fact a flight between France proper and New Caledonia take 24 hours.
The road between Magenta airport and Noumรฉa proper is still blocked and deemed unsafe despite the French interior minister Darmanin having announced the success of a police operation, mainly led by a convoy led by APCs and followed by policemen in renault cars, which had supposedly destroyed 76 roadblocks with a surprising ease. These roadblocks were immediately reestablished. The road is so unsafe that the military is unwilling to use it, instead flying between Noumรฉa city and the airport.
Le Monde published an article severely criticizing Macron's New Caledonia policy. It describes Macron's policy of "asking for a deal between separatists and loyalists before the end of June, in the absence thereof Macron will call a congress to approve constitutionnal changes unfreezing New Caledonian electoral lists", which is essentially an ultimatum. "Proven tactics" in the business world, the article says, in politics, it creates distrust and division. The article says former prime minister Manuel Valls has offered his advice, calling on president Macron not only to bet on law enforcement, but also to aim for a political solution.

๐ซ๐ท๐ณ๐จ๐จ๐ฆ - Despite being skeptic of French attitude towards New Caledonia for historical reasons, Canada is actively helping its NATO ally France to do its "high intensity law enforcement" in New Caledonia by providing fuel to French airplanes sending police/military reinforcement or supply at Vancouver International Airport.
Strangely, the Canadian government, which officially makes "truth and reconciliation" with the native population a priority, didn't make the media aware of the critical support it is giving France in its actions, possibly out of fear of criticism.
