They on Drawabox have a rule about 1 submission once per two weeks, and a 50/50 rule, where you need to draw only for fun half of the time.
I was never faster than 1 submission per month. Probably because of having back problems and many things on my "to-do" list.
By now I've spent almost half of the year just on fundamentals, and I feel drastic changes already.
