OTC Fix for Windows 10 Devices

* This fix is for W10 (W8,8.1 also supported) but for W7, see below
1. Download the above registry file and move it to anywhere in PC, or simply move it to Desktop of the PC.
2. Right click on the Reg and click Merge
3. Then Open OTC, it will start downloading updates if there are any
(Restarting the pc after merging reg is not a must, restart if you want)
