Students are demanding the removal of the year-back system despite the university already offering makeup examinations. Even with numerous opportunities and academic relaxations, many students still fail to clear their exams, which points to a concerning neglect of education.

Removing the year-back system would set a dangerous precedent, leading to a decline in academic discipline and ultimately affecting students' long-term career prospects. I firmly believe in upholding the integrity of the education system to ensure that students receive a quality education and are well- prepared for future challenges. It's essential to maintain these standards for their own success.
