Open the "Market" app and navigate to the "SSL Error" page.
Return to the Home screen, then proceed to "Launcher settings."
Select "Upload log."

Heat Live experienced an outage from 8:50 p.m. ET on September 2, but service was restored approximately 15 minutes later. We are aware that some users are still affected by a 'Channels down for maintenance' error. Our engineers have identified the root cause and are working to implement a fix before September 4. We will continue to provide updates.
