貌似AWS HK在测试针对大陆方向限速。
如果被检测到流向国的大流量将会限速至百兆
被限速后国际带宽也会限速 但如果停止国内访问流量几分钟则会恢复，以此循环
嗯。这下应该可以看出来真假专线了。。

本次测评使用1C1G的小鸡。
硬盘非常的差劲，根本跑不动，CPU超售也很严重，整体性能弱鸡。好在大宽带大流量，但是由于是需要实名的国内IDC，用来实名翻墙也不合适。IP非常干净，部分网站识别为商宽，可惜流媒体并不解锁（可能是没接HE，EIE的原因）纯cogentco线路，直连非常稀烂
